Bradley Wilks is Managing Director and CEO of the firm’s Chicago office. With more than 20 years of agency and corporate experience, his career spans a broad range of communications activities, including investor relations and financial communications, business-to-business and consumer products.

Wilks’ experience includes communications programs surrounding initial public and secondary stock offerings, mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, crisis communications, new consumer product launches, corporate branding initiatives, senior management counseling, investor and media relations. Prior to joining Sard Verbinnen and Co, Wilks was Managing Director of the Chicago office of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where he reported to the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and served on the firm’s Management Committee.

Prior to Ogilvy Public Relations, Wilks was Senior Vice President and Partner of Fleishman-Hillard, where he headed the firm’s financial communications and technology practices in Chicago. Wilks is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Ball State University, where he was the John W. Hill Fellow. Wilks was named Ball State’s Distinguished Journalism Alumni of the Year in 2003.
